Dr. Stephen Wilson is an HS Clinical Professor of Pediatrics. He has been a faculty member since 2001. His clinical interests include hospital medicine, pain management, patient safety, medical education, clinical pathway development and pediatric sedation. His community health interests include child abuse prevention, literacy promotion and physician outreach. Dr. Wilson serves as Medical Director of the Pediatric Sedation Service, the Children’s Hospital Access Center, and Pediatric Inpatient Services at UCSF Children’s Hospital. He is also director of the pediatric hospitalist programs at UCSF Children’s Hospital and UCSF Children’s Hospital at ValleyCare (Pleasanton).
