IBD Camp

A Brief History

In 1998, The Taylor Family Foundation built a summer camp for children with chronic and serious illnesses or disabilities at Camp Arroyo in Livermore, CA. For the past four years, children with IBD have been able to attend a camp close to home in the Bay Area for one week each summer.

About Northern California IBD Camp

The founders of the camp for children with IBD have gotten together with The Taylor Family Foundation to make camp available, free of charge, to all children with IBD, between the ages of 7 and 17. Campers who are 17 years of age by camp date are welcome to sign up as Counselors-in-training (CITs).
